Refund & Cancellation Policy
Once payment is made, the application process begins.
- If we are unable to provide the service, a refund will be issued, after deducting 20% to cover payment gateway and banking charges.
- If your application is rejected due to incorrect or false information, no refund will be given.
- If the application has been submitted or the customer fails to provide the OTP, no refund will be issued.
- Once the service has been partially or fully provided, refunds are not applicable.
- Refund requests must be sent within 8 days to [your email ID]. Refunds will be processed within 10–15 working days.
